Return & Exchange Conditions
Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return
If you have an account, sign in and go to Profile → Orders, then request a return on the relevant order. If you checked out as a guest, use our Return as a Guest page with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
Custom or personalized orders (Commande Personnalisée) are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
